Technical Support for the Business
and Finance Division has the following procedures concerning software, hardware,
and systems problems:
- To request technical assistance, please call
96300 or fill out the help form.
The problem will be handled over the phone if possible, and if not, the helpdesk
person will relay the information on to the appropriate person.
- If you wish, instead of calling the helpdesk
number, you may fill out a Helpdesk Request Form.
- Voice mail has been installed
on 96300 so problems can be received if the phone can not
be answered.
- If a problem arises after 5:00PM, and it needs
to be addressed before the next workday, please contact Public Safety (96000)
and they can contact the appropriate personnel.
