2/11/04 Notes

 

 

Present:  Bill Gauthier, Dan Lewis, Tom Mackel, Jerry Mock, Robin Mullinix,

               Cathy Osborne, Stephanie Rooks, Mike Renfrow, Kay Shirey  

 

Mr. Gauthier opened the meeting at 3:30 p.m.  A review of the assignments from the previous meeting revealed that additional reviews were required.  Mr. Gauthier instructed all Directors to meet with Dan Lewis within the next week and review their:

 

  1. Core Processes
  2. Prioritize and determine what processes need to be added.
  3. Review both goals of the 2001 effort for discussion.

 

Campus Planning and Facilities reported that Campus Planning and Development, Facilities and Grounds, and Risk Management/Environmental Health and Safety, had reviewed their processes and identified 25 core processes and over 115 sub processes.

 

The meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
