3/17/04 Notes

 

Present:           Bill Gauthier, Dan Lewis, Mike Renfrow

 

Mr. Gauthier opened the meeting at 11:00 a.m.

 

The meeting was called separately to develop the 2004 methodology for BPR in the Business and Finance Division.  Based on the ideas suggested from the previous staff meetings, it was time to take a conscientious step forward on a Time and Attendance System, Document Management, and Human Resource System Upgrade. 

 

A separate Planning Session was suggested to help launch BPR efforts throughout the division.   Patricia Durrough, Dan Lewis and Stephanie Rooks were names suggested to help plan and co-chair the session.  Mike Renfrow and Dan Lewis were assigned to meet separately to develop a pre-planning session itinerary.

 

The DRAC report could be used as a background piece in shaping the Planning Session goals.  The goal development from the session can be used for the next fiscal year

 

To provide for future continuity, the Planning Session Team should be expanded to include Mark Gerspacher, John Rosser and Bob Watkins.

 

The Planning Session was tentatively set for April 14, 2004, in Room 210 of the UCC, from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
